An Act amending Title 63 (Professions and Occupations (State Licensed)) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for medical imaging and radiation therapy licensure; establishing the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners and providing for its powers and duties; prescribing penalties; making a transfer; and making related repeals.

Did not become law. It stopped in the House of Representatives's Professional Licensure Committee on June 13, 2017. The 2017–2018 session has ended.
